Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users, creators, content, livestreams, communications, monetization activity, and services made available through NiaTube.

By accessing or using NiaTube, you agree not to use the Platform for prohibited content, conduct, transactions, or activities described in this Policy.

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

NiaTube directly prohibits the following content, services, and behavior on the Platform:

Adult Content and Services

NiaTube prohibits pornography, nudity, explicit sexual acts, sexually explicit material, subscriber-only nude or sexually explicit images or videos, and adult-oriented audio, video, livestream, or interactive chat services. Users may not upload, publish, distribute, livestream, sell, monetize, promote, or otherwise make such content or services available through NiaTube.

Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights Infringement

Users may not upload, publish, distribute, livestream, sell, monetize, promote, or otherwise make available content that infringes or violates another person's intellectual property, trademark, copyright, trade secret, contractual, or other proprietary rights.

Copyright-Infringing Content

NiaTube prohibits unauthorized copyrighted material, including pirated or leaked music albums, films, television programs, videos, recordings, software, publications, or other copyrighted works. Users must own the necessary rights or have authorization to make copyrighted material available through the Platform.

Violent Extremism and Hate-Based Violence

NiaTube prohibits content that engages in, encourages, promotes, supports, glorifies, or celebrates unlawful violence toward any group or individual based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable or protected characteristic.

2. Other Prohibited Uses

Users may not use NiaTube to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or exploitative activity.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or intimidate another person or community.
  • Impersonate another person, creator, business, or organization.
  • Distribute malware, harmful code, spam, scams, or intentionally deceptive material.
  • Artificially manipulate views, likes, comments, subscriptions, advertising activity, payments, or monetization.
  • Circumvent or interfere with NiaTube's security, moderation, payment, identity, compliance, or fraud prevention systems.
  • Use the Platform in violation of applicable sanctions, financial regulations, payment-network requirements, or applicable law.

3. Monetization and Payments

Content or activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy is not eligible for monetization through NiaTube. NiaTube may restrict or suspend monetization, payment functionality, withdrawals, or payouts where necessary to investigate or enforce this Policy, subject to applicable law and payment provider requirements.

NiaTube may also restrict transactions associated with prohibited content, fraudulent activity, sanctions concerns, payment abuse, or other violations of Platform policies.

4. Detection, Review, and Enforcement

NiaTube may use automated systems, metadata analysis, user and rights-holder reports, administrative review, and other moderation and compliance processes to identify potential violations of this Policy.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, NiaTube may place content under review, restrict publication, remove content, disable monetization, limit Platform features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action.

NiaTube may take additional action when required by law, payment partners, regulatory obligations, or legitimate intellectual-property enforcement processes.

5. Reporting Violations

Users, rights holders, and other affected parties may report content or conduct they believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy through NiaTube's available reporting, moderation, copyright, or support channels.

Reports concerning copyright or other intellectual-property rights may also be handled under NiaTube's Copyright Policy and applicable notice-and-takedown procedures.

6. Relationship to Other NiaTube Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements NiaTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable Platform rules. Where multiple policies apply, users are expected to comply with all applicable requirements.

7. Policy Updates

NiaTube may update this Policy as the Platform, applicable laws, safety standards, and payment or compliance requirements evolve. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or other appropriate channels.
